Down Pillows

Side Sleeper

Most people sleep on their side. If you are one of them, you should find a pillow that supports your head well, and at the same time provides sufficient height to support your neck in a good angle. A high pillow is your best choice.

Back Sleeper

If you usually sleep on your back you will need a pillow that supports your head, shoulders and neck well, without being so thick that it causes your head to push forward. A medium pillow is your best choice.

Front Sleeper

If you prefer to sleep on your stomach, be careful not to choose a pillow that is too high. A low pillow is your best choice.

Long Traditions

The Norwegian climate is demanding. Icy cold nights, hot summer days and abrupt changes in the weather has taught people from the earlist times to protect themselves against temperature and humidity - even in their sleep.

In the Oseberg ship, one of the most famous Norwegian Viking ships, remnants of a down comforter was found. The Oseberg ship was the tomb of Queen Åsa. At the time, duvets and pillows of this quality were probably only available for the elite in the society. Fortunately, that is no longer the case.
